SciTec is seeking a Project Control Analyst. The Project Control Analyst works with Program Managers and Project Leads to manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance. Additionally, the Project Control Analyst will perform configuration management of project deliverables and reporting requirements to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the current programs and build relationships for future efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the project managers and teams to help define project goals, objectives, budget, and schedule
  • Monitors and evaluates projects to ensure they are meeting their budget and execution timelines including monthly cost and schedule variances
  • Assist in project budgeting and scheduling, including preparing and updating project spend plan
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports and customer deliverables
  • Perform configuration management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong numerical, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, collaborate in a team setting, and handle assignments independently
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance
  • Detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, physical sciences, or accounting
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Active DoD Security Clearance
  • Experience servicing a Federal Government Customer

The pay range for this position is $52,000 - $103,474 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
