Job Duties :

Our technicians complete work orders and maintenance requests in specific time frames.

• Understanding or experience with task including but not limited to :
• basic electrical and light bulbs
• plumbing
• carpentry
• mechanical
• drywall, and painting
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
• Strong customer service skills are essential
• Completing other tasks, general cleaning, and projects as needed

Rate : $22.00 / hour

Shift : Monday Friday 3 : 30pm-1 : 00am

Physical Demands :

• Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
• Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting
• Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

Requirements :

• You must be 18 years old
• Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor machines and other equipment.
• A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and fingerprinting check are required.
