Job Duties:
Our technicians complete work orders and maintenance requests in specific time frames.
Understanding or experience with task including but not limited to:
general cleaning
basic electrical and light bulbs
plumbing
carpentry
mechanical
drywall, and painting
Problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
Strong customer service skills are essential
Completing other tasks and projects as needed
Rate: $22.00/ hour
Shift: Monday – Friday 4:30pm-1:00am
Physical Demands:
Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting
Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

Requirements:
You must be 18 years old
Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor machines
A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driving records check are required.
