We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive maintenance and repair of all the Center's heating, cooling systems, water circulating pumps, backup power supply, communication equipment emergency equipment, vans, cars, and all of the Center's buildings and equipment. Must be on call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to emergencies. Attends updated training as required. Purchases all necessary materials to complete job assignments. Must be available for after hours and weekend work as needed.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be trained in commercial type electrical work, 110-220-480, single and three phase. HVAC certification required. Valid Ohio driver’s license required.
