Scion Aviation, LLC is Hiring a Part-Time*** Payroll and HR Specialist Near Fort Collins, CO

***PART TIME*** Payroll and Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a PART TIME Payroll and Human Resources Specialist to perform daily tasks to support our Financial and Operations team for in-house processing of Payroll, as well as Benefits administration.

The hours of this position are flexible, Tuesday through Friday, four (4) hours daily (set schedule within workday of 7am-5pm).

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Payclock and Timesheet administration
  • Payroll Processing through SAGE100
  • Biweekly, Monthly and Quarterly Payroll tax deposits
  • Payroll Tax Return filing
  • Benefits Administration and Reconciliation
  • Year end Payroll and Benefits Reconciliation
  • New Hire Onboarding and Benefits Enrollment
  • Work with and Report to CFO/Owner
  • Track and implement timely employee reviews
  • Be available to review benefits with employees

Preferred 3-5 years experience with In-House payroll management and Human Resources.

Preferred 1-2 years experience with SAGE100 Payroll.

Preferred 1-2 years experience with PAYCLOCK time tracking

Skills

  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Quick Learner
  • Must understand that this is a part time position, with no plans for becoming full time.

If hired for the position, and meets expectations, there will be a $500 bonus provided at the 90 day anniversary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
