Scientific Electric Company, Inc. is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Bronx, NY

Scientific Electric Company (SEC) is a well-established, owner-managed electrical contracting company headquartered in Bronx, NY, servicing all boroughs and surrounding areas of New York City for over 70 years. SEC has built a reputation for public works projects with complex outdoor installations and general industrial and commercial electrical. We are offering an opportunity for an Office Administrator who is looking to work within a small, dynamic company involved in many of NYC’s iconic landmark projects and expand their skillset supporting the team and CEO performing office functions that are often customer facing.

The ideal candidate has outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities. Able to prioritize and work with little supervision in a small, fast-paced company. The candidate should be computer literate (Office -- including excel, word, etc) and interested in learning and picking up skills related to electrical contracting work -- filing with DOB, ConEd, etc.

Compensation based on qualifications and experience with opportunities for growth. The Company provides a 401k plan with Company matching, medical insurance and paid vacation.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent , college preferred.

Experience:
