Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Prepare daily cash flow and cash position reports for management review, including. o Bank account balance review. o Incoming/outgoing transaction review. o Cash flow forecasting. Foster/build relationships and open communication with other departments to manage large cash transactions. Utilize written and verbal communication skills to foster relationships with operating and investment banks. Post and allocate cash receipts. Balance all cash accounts daily/monthly. Automate/enhance current processes to provide audit controls and task streamlining. Strong computer and Excel skills including Filter, Sort, Subtotal, PivotTable, Functions. Formulas and familiarity with running VBA macros. Perform other duties and special projects, including process enhancements and various research opportunities, as assigned. #LI-Hybrid Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Field of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Experience: 2-4 years of related banking and/or finance experience. Should possess analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
