As a Human Resources Specialist, a typical day may include the following: Meeting our new employees on their first day to support them in our I-9 process. Partnering with others to prepare, submit, and monitor our government reporting. Managing our personnel records systems and processes. Creating and maintaining Sharepoint sites to help us communicate with our internal customers. Developing and distributing our global handbooks. Working closely with others in HR to ensure outstanding support to our employees and leaders.
