What you need to be successful

To excel as a Maintenance & Repair Technician at Schwartz Farms, Inc., you'll need a versatile skill set. Proficiency in general mechanical skills like carpentry, welding, electrical work, plumbing, and concrete experience will set you up for success.

Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in our fast-paced environment. Previous experience in plumbing, painting, machine or vehicle servicing is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow in these areas is equally valued.
