Injection Molding Machine Operator to produce plastic shells for our top-rated football, baseball, softball, and other helmets to protect athletes at all levels. The successful candidate will be trained to operate our new 750-ton injection molding presses and integrated robots. 

Bring your previous injection mold machine operating experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to meet our safety, production, and quality standards. This includes occasionally operating a Forklift in a safe and professional manner. You will be required to achieve our forklift certification.

Objectives, Duties, & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely and efficiently operating our injection molding presses and associate robots to produce the shells and parts for our helmets and related plastic products.
• Perform other basic functions such as loading the resin, cleaning the hoppers, weighing & counting parts, and other related activities.
• Follow instructions and SOP’s correctly to ensure you are producing the right product using the highest standards to protect the athletes who trust Certor Sports to protect them.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production.
• Communicate any issues, problems, or safety concerns immediately.
• Other duties may include training, safety committee, etc.
