Position Description: 

The Service Advisor oversees the day-to-day operations and flow of the Service Drive, promptly greet customers, and assist them with any questions or concerns with their scheduled maintenance, mechanical or factory warranty. The Service Advisor serves as a liaison between our Customers and Technicians, swiftly resolving questions and any matters that may occur.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Writes 1–2-line order repair sentence mostly on minor repair service such as: oil change, tire rotation, tire repair. 
• Performing a vehicle walk-around
• Advising customers on any needed repair/maintenance work to their vehicle while keeping the customer’s best interest in mind.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up time
• Oversee flow of Drive Lane
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. 
• Provide Customers with WORLD CLASS Experience
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection
•  Other duties or projects as assigned by Management

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day Shift

Education/Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
