Position Description :

The Showroom Coordinator / Receptionist responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming calls to Showroom :
• Making appointments
• Taking messages for Sales Team
• Greeting Clients :
• Welcome clients as they enter the showroom.
• Professional attitude.
• Answering any questions.
• Directing clients to the appropriate Salesperson or location.
• Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset : by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
• Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Six (6) months experience as Client Care Center Scheduler.
• A professional will the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• A professional with the ability to read comprehend written instructions and information.
• A professional with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment.

Pre-Employment testing includes a background check and drug testing.

Schedule :

• 8-hour shift
• Day Shift

Education / Requirements :

High school or equivalent
