We are currently looking for a person who is passionate about the growing biking community and can bring their world of experience and positive outlook to an emerging group of architects, transportation consultants, universities, municipalities, and corporate entities - with a mission to develop and implement leading edge multi-modal transportation strategies and solutions.

You will be tasked with building relationships with an established clientele as well as cultivating new relationships. The markets we serve are ever growing, fast paced, and complex. Communication, organization, being proactive, and effective time management are paramount. This position reports to the VP of Sales.

Day to Day:

• Build relationships using a consultative and collaborative approach.
• Educating prospects, consultants and clients in effective biking/transit initiatives and strategies.
• Managing established accounts.
• Sourcing and securing new client opportunities via incoming inquiries, email, existing project tracking, phone calls, trade events, etc.
• RFP submittals/bid responses and their strategic development.
• Identifying new corporate opportunities within a team concept.
• Hitting strategic sales goals and fostering a growth mentality.
• Provide leadership and engage in win-win problem-solving strategies.
• Leading transition meetings to kick-off new projects and ensure successful project completion.

Bonus Points:

• Passion for biking and/or a multi-modal transportation background.
• Experience with APBP standards (Association of Pedestrian and Bicycling Professionals), LEED building certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and/or First Mile - Last Mile, multi-modal transportation strategies/implementation.
• Knowledge of steel and aluminum construction/fabrication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in sales, business, finance, marketing or related experience.
• Background in biking and/or multi-modal transportation field.
• 1 or more years of relevant experience in sales or marketing,
