Position Summary

Excellent customer service is the number one goal. These associate packages material and product (household goods) manually by performing the essential job functions per established company guidelines and requirements. Prior experience is preferred but a thorough training program is in place for those new to the industry.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
• Dependable and Reliable
• Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.

Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively to both co-workers and customers alike.
• Must be able to listen and take instructions with regards to customer service.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using both whole numbers and decimal points.

REASONING SKILLS:

• Must be able to solve everyday problems, always looking for the best right answer.
• Must be able to interpret/understand/explain a variety of instructions. These instructions can/will come in multiple forms (written, oral, schedule, diagram)
• Must be able to read a map

General Requirements & Expectations:

• Execution and adherence to Unigroup agency compliance and policy guidelines.
• All employees must pass a background check upon being hired.
• All employees are subject to a drug test upon being hired.
• All employees will be put into our random drug testing program during their tenure at Schroeder Moving Systems.
