Schreiner University invites applications for an instructor of nursing position in the vocational nursing program. Schreiner University’s BSN program was ranked #2 in state of Texas for 2022 and the online RN to BSN program was ranked #3 in state of TX for 2023 by nursing.org. Our VN and BSN programs had 100% NCLEX pass rate in 2023.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate and/or vocational nursing students in the clinical and/or didactic components of medical/surgical, critical care, sexual and reproductive health, population health, pediatrics, and/or mental health.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, master’s degree preferred. A current unencumbered Texas Registered Nurse license and related clinical experience. Teaching experience at the collegiate level both face-to-face and online is highly preferred.
