Schooner Estates Senior Living Community is Hiring a Maintenance Near Auburn, ME
Schooner Senior Living Community is currently looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance crew. Hours are Mon-Fri with a rotating on call schedule.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Repair and maintain facility in a way that keeps it safe, functional and sanitary for residents, staff and the public.
Assist management in meeting mandates of current federal and state regulations.
Assist management in the development and carrying out of a preventative maintenance schedule.
Follow the maintenance policy of Schooner Residential Care.
Obtain approval from Director of Maintenance and/or other appropriate manager before calling outside repair services.
Duties to include, but not limited to, general building maintenance (including plumbing, electrical and carpentry), moving furniture, mowing lawns, plowing and snow removal.
3-5 years experience, must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
Must have a valid Maine drivers license and a clean driving record.
Shared on-call duties.
