Position Description:
Company is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our automation is running optimally and consistently, producing high quality technical products. A successful person in this role will have experience with commercial and industrial manufacturing equipment and conducting both break/fix and preventative maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain manufacturing equipment including disassembly and reassembly of mechanical systems.
• Go-to-person for any equipment troubleshooting.
• Welding and fabrication of components and mechanical aids.
• Troubleshooting electrical motors, controls, and other electrical components.
• Assist in set ups and change overs of new production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Identify potential failure points within the equipment and research replacement parts.
• Effectively work with contract partners to ensure they’re delivering on agreed work.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent, 2-year technical accreditation preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of mechanical equipment repair experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power towels as well as technical testing equipment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule:
Monday thru Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm- this is flexible and could be (5) eight hour shifts if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.38 - $25.75 per hour
