The School District of Arcadia is accepting applications for a full-time English Language Arts Instructor for our high school students beginning the 2023-2024 school year. Applicants must have 1300-English certification.Athletic coaching and extracurricular advising opportunities may also be available.The successful candidate will balance the rigors of a standards-based curriculum, a results focus, and an engaging delivery that builds community in the classroom and beyond. Collaboration with other teachers in the ELA department, the high school, and our 4-school consortium is the all-means-all norm. Our Professional Learning Community focus is continually supporting our teachers to excel at their teaching vocation.Arcadia is a growing, family-centered school with a thriving cultural diversity that offers our students and teachers ample opportunities to experience international education in a beautiful rural setting.
