Job Summary:
We are seeking a positive customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers to ensure client satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with policy questions and coverage change requests
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Process client quote and endorsement requests accurately and efficiently
- Handle client concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Insurance Property & Casualty License required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is beneficial
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
