The Leasing Director leads census growth, business development, admission activities, and marketing functions. Looking for a high-energy, outgoing individual who can develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, professionals, and community referral sources.

Candidate will be an organized task manager for admissions to the facility and team support. We are interested in speaking with passionate individuals who want to help us provide high quality services to our guests and families.

• Responsible for achieving maximum occupancy across all service lines in a full continuum campus. Includes skilled nursing, assisted and independent living.
• Build relationships with referral sources to drive new leads and inquiries to the community.
• Manage internal admissions and move in processes as well as external sales and marketing activity.
• Foster community relations and engagement with local organizations to drive brand awareness.
