What will you do?
- Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality – lead time
- Organizes the training needs of teams
- Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports
- Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being
What qualifications will make you successful?
- “Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education”
- Knowledge of industrial electronics repair (PCBA, Digital Energy, Process Drives)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
