Manufacturing Engineer
Join Harger Lightning & Grounding, a leader in the lightning protection industry! We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement and control various machining processes.
Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will work with AutoCad drawings to design new and existing products related to wire and ground rods. Additionally, you will process ECOs, MECOs, and design, develop and oversee manufacturing processes of all equipment and tooling. You will create and modify routings, BOM's, and apply the appropriate industry standards to the design of products.
Education, Experience and Preferred Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Knowledge of cellular and lean manufacturing, UL and ASTM standards is preferred. We are also looking for effective communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in math, Microsoft Exel, Word and AutoCad.
