Primary Responsibilities: - Lead Business Process Competency center & Act as primary interface for all Finance & cross functional business processes impacting Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report & Procure-to-Pay
- Data Analysis: Identifies sources for, gathers and analyzes data relevant to processes. Responsible for defining data requirements and obtaining customer agreements.
- Research: Lead the interview process with participants to understand exactly how targeted processes currently work. Diagnose gaps & root causes. Analyze process models as they are, comparing them to desired future state and develop a strategy plan to implement the needed changes.
- Process Architecture: Participate & Design complex processes and reviews the work of process champions. Ensures process mapping is complete; provides feedback and guidance to SME's & process champions. Interviews stakeholders and process owners to define processes. Helps define standards and methods.
- Process Recommendations: Determines process recommendation documents, including presentations, process maps, supporting metrics, business requirements and related impact analyses for complex processes or for portions of larger or inter-related processes. Shares accountability for realization of results with process owners and present recommendations to stakeholders and process owners.
- Performance Management & Control: Defines, develops and evaluates performance metrics to establish process success, and may participate in working with multiple stakeholders, often with competing/conflicting objectives, to ensure cohesive and reachable measures of success. Reviews data post- implementation to measure success; participates in defining standards of improvement success.
- Change Management: Participates in and may lead change management activities associated with process improvement. Engages leadership and stakeholders to obtain support and buy in for changes. Partners with management, Process champions, and SME's to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.
- Workflow & Automation: Help implement a system to control the change management of related processes. Author specifications/requirements to be used by the developers for automation of process design. Testing of automated processes to ensure that the right results are achieved.
- Process Mining & Process Discovery: Identify processes and build strategy to implement process mining technology. Build data models and process comparisons to analyze the deviation from the standard process. Apply process mining techniques to capture process variances, root cause analysis & overall process performance.
Preferred Skills: - 5-7 years of experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping
- Must have experience with executive-level communications and proven expertise in cross-functional management and leading through influence.
- Experience in business process methodology, governance, frameworks, or project management
- Experience in designing high performing business processes that are business focused and support enterprise-wide capabilities
- Effective personal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others, drive new capabilities, and bring new ways of thinking into the organization
- Effective listening and communication skills across mid-level management and business area teams
- Hands on with ERP & CRM systems.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or trained
- Expert with MS Visio, IBM Blue works process design, modeling tools.
- Exposure to Process mining tools like Celonis, Fortress IQ or Microsoft process mining
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) end-to-end project implementation and exposure to automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism etc.)
Basic Qualifications: - Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 5- 10 years of professional experience in Process design and Automation
