We are an Independent Insurance Agency located in Jonesville, Florida, looking for Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representatives that would like to join our growing team. We are looking for high energy individuals who enjoy working with people.
Job duties will encompass the servicing of all personal lines policies within the insurance agency via in-office, telephone, and email client interactions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Personal lines insurance knowledge or experience (preferred but not
required. Must obtain 4–40 License within 3 months of hire,
including background check. 4-40 Class expense reimbursed by employer
upon successful completion of the required class.)
- Minimum 1 year prior general business office experience (required)
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Self motivated

- Strong decision making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Aptitude for learning new systems and processes
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Must have a sense of urgency and timeliness
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
