We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and sourcing of parts, as well as overseeing the supply chain management process. This role requires strong knowledge of Automotive equipment repair and experience with order management systems. If you have a passion for automotive diagnostics and service, along with mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Procure parts from various suppliers to ensure timely availability

- Source and evaluate potential suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness

- Manage the supply chain process, including inventory control and vendor relationships

- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to identify parts needed for equipment repair

- Utilize order management systems to track orders, shipments, and deliveries

- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ensure proper documentation

Requirements:

- Previous experience in procurement management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supply chain management principles

- Familiarity with order management systems and inventory control procedures

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Automotive experience is preferred

- Mechanical knowledge to understand part specifications and compatibility
