Job Title: Project Coordinator
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and objectives
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support project decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Support project team members by coordinating meetings, resources, and logistics
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management)
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
