Position Overview: Skilled baker who strives to provide excellent baked items and works with the team in an efficient, professional manner. Individual will execute on daily baking schedule, adhere to recipes for all baked goods, and perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Essential Function: Responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies, and job responsibilities as a baker.
Bakers are to strive to deliver baked goods that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed.
Baker will be expected to manage inventory with the supervisor and operate the bakery in a smooth, efficient manner.
