Schlossmann Subaru City seeks to add a new service drive assistant to our Service Team. The Service Drive Assistant will primarily be responsible for coordinating loaner vehicles for our guests. However, this person will also assist our busy service department by parking and retrieving customer vehicles before and after they're serviced, washing customer vehicles after service and maintenance, helping maintain shop cleanliness and other duties as assigned. This is an entry level position with many opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Clean all loaners when they are entered into fleet
Clean all loaners when they return from rental
Fuel loaners as needed
Parking loaners and bring them down to service as needed
Answer service calls
Assist with paperwork
Assist advisors with administrative tasks
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends when needed
40 hour week
Work hours 8:00am - 5:00pm (hour lunch)
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
