Job Summary: Work with established client accounts in a proactive manner. Primary responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, responding to requests for information for client and carrier issues such as billing, claims, and benefit questions. An Account Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with clients to meet client needs. This includes but is not limited to: Prepare account presentations Prepare requests for proposals Onboarding calls with new clients Completion and submission of new and renewal paperwork Account level changes/issues Claims submissions Claims issues Assist with compliance Maintain AMS system Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
