```Duties```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Calculate the amount of materials needed for each job and estimate project costs
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a painter or laborer in the construction industry
- Knowledge of airless paint spraying techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with construction painting, plastering, masonry, and concrete finishing
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for painting and carpentry work
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
