Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of painters and oversee all painting projects
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Restore and repair damaged areas on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed for painting projects
- Assist with remodeling projects by painting and finishing surfaces
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure accurate paint application
- Perform concrete finishing tasks as required
- Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for large-scale projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional painter
- Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Experience with concrete finishing is a plus
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in using airless paint spraying equipment
- Maintenance Person skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
