As a Sales Associate (SA) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know folks visiting the model home on a whole new level. They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship in order to help them to make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

This role requires travel to the DE beaches for coaching 4 days a week for the first six months. Once SA training is completed, occasional travel to the beaches will be required to attend company meetings, in-person sales rallies, company events, and other coaching sessions. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: 

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

•  Residential production home selling experience

• Able to work legally in the United States, with a valid, driver’s license, and clean driving record
