Responsibilities of an Automotive Product Specialist:

  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
  • Daily knowledge of new & used car inventory
  • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet ads, referrals, etc.)
  • Work with New and Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
  • Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models
  • Generate your own leads by Networking and building a Book of business

Requirements of an Automotive Product Specialist:

  • NO “Auto Sales” experience necessary
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Great Personality
  • Love People
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
  • A drug free environment
