GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Digital Communication Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of SCARPA North America’s (SNA) digital communication. The goal of this position is to communicate with SCARPA’s consumers and community through the SNA digital platform and brand assets. The Digital Communication Coordinator will review digital opportunities, aid the marketing team by building the annual digital marketing plan, budget and schedule, create social media posts, and coordinate the bi-weekly update of digital assets on SNA’s websites. The Digital Communication Coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring current social media trends and constantly looking for new opportunities in digital marketing that can help achieve company goals. The Digital Communication Coordinator creates content that is

highly visible to retailers and consumers and will act as an ambassador and part of the SCARPA brand voice.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute the digital communication efforts at SCARPA
  • Plan, create and execute a social media content calendar on all social platforms including responding to consumer communication through each platform and brand contests
  • Coordinate strategies with the marketing team on digital brand promotions
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to SCARPA.com
  • Update website marketing content: including imagery, awards, product images and copy
  • Responsible for email communications: drafting briefs and creative requests, building email templates, proofing emails and coordinating email marketing calendars & campaigns, creating new email flows and updating current email flows as requested

§ Increase conversion rates, utilizing A/B tests, lists variations and marketing reporting and analytics tools

  • Create and upload digital content for YouTube and Vimeo as requested
  • Utilize web analytics data to guide ongoing improvements to digital campaigns
  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annually on digital platform performance, including historic performance, analysis and key data and insights based on tests and promotions
  • Participate in new digital initiatives to achieve company goals
  • Coordinate fulfillment of consumer contests

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (the following responsibilities are required on all SNA positions):

  • Obtain necessary information by maintaining knowledge of SCARPA’s business and communication systems
  • Uphold SCARPA’s core values, mission statement and business goals
  • Complete other duties as assigned by department manager
  • Conduct self-according to SCARPA’s Employee Handbook policies

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of experience directly planning and executing digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Vimeo
  • Highly creative with experience in creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate key target audiences
  • Extensive experience in digital communication tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Facebook Messenger, Meta Business Suit, Instagram)
  • Ability to create short videos/reels and perform photo editing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media and/or digital advertising campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of website and ad analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Facebook Ad Manager, Meta Business Suit Ads)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Criteo, AdWords, Facebook)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience with pay per click campaign models
  • Experience with project management tools, Dropbox and consumer databases
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Hybrid work schedule includes business office and remote working. Also, may include consumer events, trade show booth and outdoor environments.
