The Screen-printing Quality Control, aka Catcher, plays a vital role in maintaining quality control during the screen-printing process. They are responsible for inspecting, sorting, and ensuring the accuracy of printed items. The QC, aka Catcher, works closely with the screen-printing press operators and production team to ensure that the final printed products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect Printed Items: Thoroughly examine each printed item, such as t-shirts, apparel, or promotional items, to ensure they meet quality standards, including print accuracy, color vibrancy, registration, and overall print quality.
