Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Picker. The Picker will be responsible for preparing materials and supplies with a forklift and straps for production orders in a warehouse setting.
Duties:
-Pick parts out of location via a Bill of Material (BOM) with part numbers and locations listed on it
-Bring the material with a forklift to the production area.
- Gather and organize materials according to production orders
- Assist with quality control by ensuring accurate quantities and inspecting materials
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform order picking and shipping receiving tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Familiarity with order picking processes
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of using Fork Truck is necessary
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
