JOB TITLE: Project Manager II
OBJECTIVE: Manage the overall construction project from conception to completion. Collaborate with the staff required to produce a complete bid, budget, negotiate contracts, contract all sub-contractors required, schedule and manage the project.

This position requires the ability to work 40 – 45 hours per week during normal business hours of Monday – Friday, with occasional hours outside out of that range as business necessitates. Site visits and occasional travel required with this position Incumbent must have good organizational skills, be self-motivated, possess good time management skills and can communicate with people on all levels.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Most of this position is in a professional corporate office setting dealing with our Pre-Development Department, Architect, Executive Management, Ownership, and customers. Occasional in-state travel to active jobsites is required with this position.
