When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an extensive, ten-week training program where you’ll gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you be successful and grow within our organization. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards Supervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practice Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications Bachelor’s degree preferred Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
