Job Description:
As a Team Member at Sbarro Pizza, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our guests in a welcoming, clean, and safe environment. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll primarily focus on your designated role, whether it's serving as a Cashier, Cook, Server, Dishwasher, or fulfilling other station responsibilities as needed due to sales volume fluctuations. Your enthusiasm, friendliness, and willingness to assist wherever necessary will contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Sbarro guests.
• Perform duties associated with your primary position (Cashier, Cook, Server, Dishwasher) efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in fulfilling other position duties as required based on restaurant needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
