Requirements: * Deliver program management, acquisition, and financial support to the NAVSEA Mine Warfare Program Office. Work in a team environment to meet client challenges, provide critical thinking and analysis. Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands.
Qualifications: * Knowledge of program and financial management support in a government contracting environment
* Knowledge of monitoring compliance with general contract terms and conditions for federal government contracts and supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)
* Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, including with preparing and delivering briefings and reports to senior government executives
* Work independently, or as part of a team, to identify, research, discuss, and resolve program, administrative and financial issues
* Demonstrated organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report work activities
* Secret clearance
Preferred: * 2 years of experience with the Naval Sea Systems Command or Navy Program Executive Office
* Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process
* Experience in developing briefings or white papers for Senior DoD Leaders
* Experience with Microsoft Visio & Project
* Experience with Department of Defense, military or science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)
* Experience with consulting and technical advisement
* Knowledge of DoD 5000.02 and the Adaptive Acquisition Framework
* Knowledge of Research and Development programs
