Job description
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Philadelphia. We are looking for a dedicated and culturally competent Family Physician to join our team. Our busy health center is focused on providing care to an underserved urban population. You will join a team of three physicians, a nurse practitioner, and physician assistant to provide comprehensive primary care services. These services include gathering medical histories, performing comprehensive physicals, ordering and interpreting labs/ imaging results. Our health center mission is rooted in education as well. Our site has medical students rotating on site; thus, you have the opportunity to teach as well.

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide high level and patient-centered care in the discipline of Family Medicine.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three (3) years clinical patient care experience as a specialist in Family Medicine.
