Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of our Sawmill Market - in our Upscale restaurant - Flora.

Essential Duties and Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks :

• Work under direction of Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
• Articulate the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the space to our guests.
• Answer general dinning questions.
• Respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
• Must be able to lift / push / reach for / carry 10 pounds frequently.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and / or fine dining experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience / training.
