```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and marketing driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of 2 of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-marketed, highly occupied, profit driven and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. THIS POSITION INCLUDES FREE HOUSING as well as marketing commissions!!!

```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure property shows well for prospective residents.
- Conduct market research to determine rental rates and stay updated on local real estate trends

```Experience```
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Experience in property maintenance and facilities management
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi is a plus
