Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk , you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in our systems
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Collect patient payments and provide receipts
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance-related inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Skills:
- Experience working in a dental office

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
