Application Support Engineer, Data (Dublin, CA)

**Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home.

SavvyMoney is looking for an Application Support Engineer, Data to help with partner onboarding, troubleshooting and resolving issues post implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end onboarding to new partners including training and troubleshooting issues
• Serve as a primary technical contact during and post integration
• Support and monitor existing integrations and triage issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are supported through the implementation process and beyond
• Handle partner communications, provide status on support issues and reporting
• Provide timely post-production support 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Highly proficient in SQL. Must be able to create and run complex queries

• Knowledge of Java, web services, REST APIs and certificates
• Experience developing/testing UI and mobile applications
• Experience in AWS or other cloud platform a plus
• Works well with a fast pace, switching priorities, and multitasking
• Expert analysis, troubleshooting, technical and non-technical communication skills
• Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. 

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fintech industry
• Familiarity with Big Data analytics platforms

Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $100,000.00 and $110,000.00 depending upon experience.
