We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer/Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Apex and Lightning custom development on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and possess the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is preferred. Additionally, experience with GitHub-based CI/CD processes and agile execution using Atlassian suite of products (Confluence/JIRA) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and the development team to review requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and related Salesforce technologies.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to support business processes and workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Implement and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD processes to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in agile development practices using Atlassian suite of products (Confluence/JIRA) for project management and collaboration.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support automation testing, user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and implementation details.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate experience in Salesforce custom development.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex and Lightning custom development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Familiarity with GitHub-based CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in agile execution using Atlassian suite of products (Confluence/JIRA).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are a plus.

Base Salary

The Annual Base salary for this position will be between $145,000.00 and $175,000.00 based upon experience.
