We are searching for Sr. Solution Development Engineer to join our team of innovative individuals who are powered by their passion for service delivery.

Job Summary
A successful Sr. Solution Development Engineer will take pride in learning, capturing, and defining our customer’s functional and operational challenges. Part of the role is to efficiently lead our internal engineering team on an opportunity-to-opportunity basis, to brainstorm, concept, develop solutions, estimates, implementation plans and high-level project schedules. The Solution Engineer will strive for excellence in client satisfaction, enjoy troubleshooting and use knowledge of existing products / machines serving the industry to build and align our solution to each customer's requirements. The candidate will support our sales team and clients across the business. This role is an integral part of our client-focused business model as clients are the foundation of our business. Qualification, Education, and Experience Requirements

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a full-time position (40 hours per week), extended hours and evenings may be required based on client needs.
