We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of TOAST POS SYSTEM - Restaurant applications
**Duties:**
- Provide technical support to end-users for various IT issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Maintain and support LAN networks
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their IT problems
- Assist in managing firewall configurations
- Ensure the security of operating systems and software
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office, and Linux systems
**Skills:**
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Understanding of LAN networks
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with firewall configurations
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
