Summary
The Individual Philanthropy Group focuses on developing relationships with major donors and prospects contributing gifts of $10,000 and above, with a focus on six and seven figure gifts. The Assistant, Individual Philanthropy, plays a critical role in ensuring excellence in our support and cultivation of top donors and in the smooth running of our fast-paced team. The individual will provide all necessary administrative support to the Senior Managing Director, Individual Philanthropy and our sub-team of four other fundraisers who support primarily East Coast donors. The Assistant will have a variety of responsibilities and support different projects with great opportunities to learn about and contribute to the work of Save the Children.
What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
Provide donor support and administrative assistance to the Individual Philanthropy sub-team and Senior Managing Director (80%):
Assist with special projects as requested by the Senior Managing Director and members of the team (15%):

The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here). Employee may be eligible for an incentive program.
