Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist customers with selections

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of product demos and ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
